Dominic Heath is a lifelong martial artist, professional fighter, and dedicated coach with over 12 years of experience in combat sports. A brown belt under world-renowned coach Heath Pedigo, Dominic has built his reputation through discipline, high-level competition, and a passion for helping others grow both on and off the mats.
Before transitioning fully into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and professional fighting, Dominic was a standout wrestler in the Fort Wayne area. His competitive drive led him into amateur MMA, where he rose to become the #10 ranked amateur MMA fighter in the country. Since then, he has continued to push himself at the highest levels of competition as a professional fighter and accomplished grappler.
Dominic is also a 3-time IBJJF Open Champion, bringing elite-level experience and technical knowledge into every class he teaches. His coaching style focuses on hard work, accountability, and building confidence through authentic martial arts training. Whether working with beginners or experienced competitors, Dominic is committed to creating an environment where students can develop skill, toughness, and respect through the art of combat sports.
